Yes. All tiers share the same underlying data model — upgrading from Registry to Assurance or Verified Trust carries forward all existing registry entries, documentation, and audit trails. There is no migration cost or data loss.
An AI system is a distinct model or pipeline that you register in the FrontierAI Registry. Multiple versions of the same model count as one system. Fine-tuned variants of a base model may count as separate systems depending on their deployment context.
